We have completed an implementation review of the management actions taken in response to the recommendations contained in our May 17, 2021, audit report, PBS’s National Capital Region is Failing to Adequately Manage and Oversee the Building Services Contracts at the FDA’s White Oak Campus.

Our implementation review determined that PBS NCR did not fully implement corrective actions for two of our recommendations.
