We have completed an implementation review of the management actions taken in response to the recommendations contained in our December 2019 audit report, FAS’s Use of Pricing Tools Results in Insufficient Price Determinations.
Our implementation review determined that the Federal Acquisition Service did not fully implement the corrective actions for two of the three report recommendations. In addition, the corrective actions were not effective in addressing the deficiencies cited in our report.
