A GSA employee reported to GSA OIG that a construction contractor was allegedly submitting false certifications under their GSA contract. An investigation determined that the GSA contractor was falsely certifying that timely payments were being made to subcontractors, in accordance with agreements the contractor had with subcontractors. The construction contractor and five affiliated companies were debarred by GSA’s suspension and debarment official.
